I really wanted to like these for the convenience and clean ingredients. However, no matter how I make it, the center is always hard and "uncooked".

Same chewy texture as chemical boba pearls, just white instead of black. No taste just like the others. Super great alternative for healthier version. Love them

After experiencing bloating and gas from boba from boba shops, I was excited to try True Boba since I read it didn't have any gums and fillers usually found in boba. It tastes so good and chewy.
